Management and coordination of an office move which involved moving 3 small offices into one large premise. This included:
• Allocating the new premises
• Providing support for the negotiations for tenancy contracts for the new premises, as well as the old premises and dealing with suppliers
• Overseeing the design and layout for the new premises
• Sourcing contractors to undertake building works, removals and decorators etc.
• Staying within the project budget and timelines
• Successfully launching the new office with no issues arising on the official open day
